From the tropical shores of Mexico to the icy glaciers of Alaska, Isaac and Noah Dent exercise their adventurous sides.

The Dent twins have been taking vacations to Mexico since the age of seven. Their grandfather owns a small six room resort which made their trips recurring.

Throughout their multiple vacations the two participated in snorkeling, swimming, and ate their weight in Mexican food. While they often surf here in California, both Isaac and Noah look forward to the opportunities to hit the waves of Baja. “Our favorite surf spot is at Saladitas,” said Noah. He continued, “almost every year we [also] go to Troncones, Mexico.”

During one of their daily trips to the beach, Isaac and Noah stumbled upon a cave filled with rock encapsulated crystals. “The crystals were inside the rocks and you would have to smash open the rocks in order to reveal the crystals. We got to take home some of [them].”

“We travel on cruises often. The cruises are awesome because they have buffets, and we can eat as much as we want,” said Isaac.

On their trips to Alaska, the Dent brothers go fishing and hunting with their grandfather. “One time when we were in Alaska hunting with our grandpa, we heard a grizzly bear and we ran from the direction that the noise came from,” said Isaac. Had they come face-to-face with the bear, Isaac said, “I would fight him off with a machine gun.”

After extensive research through the survival show Survivorman, both brothers are confident in their wilderness skills. ”I would [survive longer in the wild],” Isaac said while Noah disagreed and voted that he’d live longer instead.

Due to the twins’ interest in traveling and adventure they’re looking into careers in the Coast Guard. “ I hope to go into the Coast Guard [and be put in some of the cool places around the world],” said Noah.

While Noah would prefer to be stationed somewhere tropical and hot, Isaac would enjoy somewhere frozen.

Regardless the place, both Dent brothers agree that their experiences were a great way to spend time with their family and enjoy things that other parts of the world have to offer.
