The US State Department warned college students against traveling to Mexico during spring break because rampant crime has made traveling dangerous.

Wednesday

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to ban marijuana dispensaries in unincorporated areas. The vote was 3:2. Opponents argue that marijuana was already legalized by popular vote, and this new ban would be in violation of that.
