Into Narnia: ASB announces theme and court at Homecoming Reveal Assembly
This Friday students gathered in Caiman Hall for the Homecoming Reveal Assembly.
ASB announced the long-awaited theme for this year’s Homecoming Dance: Narnia.
ASB members modeled each Spirit Dress Up Day for the upcoming week:
Tuesday – Pajama Day
Wednesday – Freshmen/juniors wear summer clothing, sophomores/seniors wear winter clothing
Thursday – Royalty Day (formal wear)
Friday – Caiman Spirit Day (school colors)
Finally, the Court was announced. According to tradition, homecoming princes were named from each class, and each drank from gilt Narnian goblets to find the names of their princesses.
A prince and princess are chosen by popular vote from each class, with five couples for the Senior class. The Homecoming King and Queen will be voted upon by the student body and announced at the homecoming football game.
